Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Regional Clinical Director Duties and Responsibilities:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Regional Clinical Director is responsible to:

  • Oversees clinical operations to ensure quality, compliance, and evidence-based practices.
  • Supervises, trains, and supports clinical staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Manages client care, including assessments, treatment planning, and caregiver training.
  • Maintains communication with families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Supports organizational growth, audits, and achievement of company goals.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Regional Clinical Director Compensation and Schedule:

  • Shifts: Full time, Flexible
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Regional Clinical Director Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of State.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experienced in ABA treatment planning, supervision, and clinical leadership, with a focus on high-quality care and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Able to lead and manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
