About Our Contact Center Team: Imagine being part of a team with satisfaction scores in the top 15% of organizations surveyed! What You'll Do: As a Contact Center Representative, you'll connect with members and deliver exceptional service:

  • Educate members about financial solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Assist with Online Services, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle a variety of calls, from basic questions to complex issues, with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure seamless service.
  • Contribute to friendly competitions and team goals while celebrating department wins.
